this might be controversial, but which of my posts isn’t šthis whole noise about AI stealing creativity and IP from humans…at first I was appalled and absolutely on the side of us humans.but then, some unlearning leaps later, I realized, that the whole laws around ©®⢠and whatever else that protects ones work, are actually just there to further increase the power of capitalistic winners. the law itself is mostly not even the problem, it’s the cost to enforce it. so again, you can have the law on your side, that doesn’t mean it actually is going to work for you. it works for the ones that can afford better or any lawyers. but you still argue in favour of the law, as the principle right while not understanding it achieves the opposite.so, now I’m watching with interest. will AI, and it looks like US courts are helping it, destroy IP/©®⢠laws for good?any thoughts?
