I’ve been pondering around this basic rule that almost never gets acknowledged. It’s counterintuitive, but that paradoxical nature actually just confirms the validity. ego beats virtue and that is not a good thing. The more someone seeks power, the less they should get it.The more someone is possessive of the truth, the less they should teach about it.The more someone wants to control, the less control they’ll actually have.and I could go on….We live in a society where ego is valued above virtue, by a factor I don’t even try to establish.we need to get that factor down, in the best case make it negative.until then, we can try and fix things, but that’s just cosmetics.
