so, does the fact that some lunatics are spending a trillion on compute power and nothing on the hugely strategic production of semi conductors mean they want to have that problem? meaning, the industrial war lords want their cut and Taiwan has to be a problem. or is it, that they actually know that semi conductors aren’t the bottleneck?
