dear english speakers. we have a great problem. what you define as artists is in other languages creative industry jobs. when you talk about AI threatening artists, you put commercial creatives into a pot with artists. there is no threat to artists, there is a threat to most commercially creative jobs, because it was always about copying and not creating. creating has no linear timing, copying creatively is on the other hand quite controllable and so feasible as commercial endeavour under the current system.
