there is always a dark side, always. if you don’t see it, doesn’t mean it isn’t there.human rights are just as valuable as their access to them. copyright might be seen as a right, but as access is restricted through capital needs and/or relation to power, it becomes a privilege.privacy, a monument for many of a basic human right, which is somewhat true under a system were concentration of power and abuse of information can be mitigated through privacy. but even here, privacy and it’s worth to an individual increases dramatically with its search for power and/or trickery of the system.so we keep on talking about fairness, even justice and create the opposite calling it rights.
